Often times when we are planning for vacation we think about all the things we want to do while there without thinking much about the experiences we can create in the property we choose. Galveston offer's something amazing for every stage of life and it's 100% worth exploring. But I want the time spent in the condo, no matter how brief, to be memorable in the best of ways for each guest. I've provided a relaxing environment, games for different ages, vacation reads, beach towels, umbrella, chairs, sand toys and a touch of personalization so that you don't feel like just another person checking in to a place that doesn't even know your name. You are not just another person checking in to me, you are someone special who is looking forward to enjoying Galveston Island and creating new memories that will hopefully last a lifetime. I'm here to help ensure that you do just that. You'll be a short drive to Moody Gardens, Palm Beach, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Sunny Beach (park on the sand), Galveston Fishing Pier, mini golf, go-carts & so much more. You'll also be a short walk to a beautiful and delicious ocean front coffee shop, restaurant, convenience store & more. Your island getaway is currently waiting for you, secure your dates now! 

When you come into the complex it's one way only. You'll find there are no assigned parking spots but it's easy to find one nearby. We will provide a map for your convenience a few days prior to check-in (we also have one inside the unit).There are police officers who live on site for added safety and security.

We have a Ring setup outside for safety and security. This device records audio and video outside the unit only. 

**NOTES - PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING**

**Our HOA REQUIRES a form that must be filled out PRIOR to your stay and includes occupants, car info and photo IDs for everyone over 18 yrs old. Once you book, we will send the documents to you. It is a short and simple document! You'll complete it and return (just take a picture and send over). This document must be returned for you to stay. Only 4 guests (any age-including infants) per unit allowed due to occupancy regulations.

**Per our HOA only 1 vehicle can park in the parking lot. We have a nearby street that offers free parking for additional vehicles.

You'll have access to the entire condo as well as the gated community pool and sunbathing deck. You will find pool passes inside the condo, please return them when done. If they are not returned the replacement fee will be passed onto the guest.

Occupancy regulations limit the condo to 4 guest per night.

**POOL RULES**

Our HOA is VERY particular about the pool and following the rules so please take time to familiarize yourself with the rules if you plan to use the pool area. A copy of the pool rules will be in our House Manual for you to review. Below are a few of them.

The maximum people that can be in the pool per condo is 4 (any age-including infants).

You must have the pool tags with you while in the pool area (any age-including infants).

A fine may be incurred if the rules are violated which will be passed on to you. A complete list of the rules is always left in the unit before your arrival. These can be found in the House Manual.

Trailers or units pulled behind vehicles cannot be accommodate in the parking lot. But can easily fit on the street in front of the complex.

No assigned parking, but it's easy enough to find a spot.



**PET RULES - PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING**

Our HOA REQUIRES a pet registration form be completed prior to checking in ALONG WITH a copy of the vaccination and medical records dated within the past year for each pet. We are more than happy to host your dog :) however, HOA requires this prior to allowing check-in. If you have a service dog certification must also be provide along with the registration & vaccination info, per our HOA.

Dogs are welcome (NO CATS). We do charge a pet fee of $20.00 per pet, per night (2 max per HOA). We ask that you pay the fee by Airbnb request that we will send prior to check-in.

ALL dogs MUST BE kept in a kennel if left alone in the condo. Please be sure to bring a kennel with you.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
