Can we check-in early? 

If the condo is ready I am more than happy to let you in early. But I cannot guarantee early check-in, as that time is used to clean and perform any maintenance task. Just message me the day of check-in and I can let you know if I can accommodate an earlier arrival.

 

Can we check-out late?

Unfortunately, no. We use the time after 10AM too clean, perform maintenance tasks and inspect the condo.

 

Any coffee/tea shops nearby?

Yes, Seawall Coffee Company is a short walk away. They serve amazing coffee, teas, treats, breakfast items and sandwiches throughout the day. It's an Insta-Worthy coffee shop with beautiful Gulf views! If you are looking for something strong and not that sweet, I recommend The Taylor.

Do you offer beach rentals?
Each unit has 3 beach towels, 4 beach chairs, and sand/pool toys all for free.

 

Do you accept pets?

Yes, we accept dogs & have a very dog friendly community. Our HOA allows a maximum of 2 dogs. A pet registration form must be completed and vaccination records (from within the past year) must be submitted (via email) PRIOR to check-in. After you book I will send the form over. We charge a pet fee of $20.00 per pet stay.


Can you see the Gulf from the condo's?
Yes, you can see the Gulf from the bed and the balcony that is right off the bedroom in each condo.


What's your refund policy?
Great questions, I always want my guest and potential guests to be properly informed. Our cancelation policy is as follows: The guest will receive a 50% refund if the cancellation occurs more than 7 days before arrival; No refunds within 7 days of arrival. I highly encourage my guests to get travel/trip insurance due to unforeseen circumstances that can occur in life.

 

Do you require a security deposit?
Yes, we have a $500 security deposit hold. This is automatically released within 3-7 business days.

 

Can I cancel due to inclement weather?

Payments are fully refundable under mandatory evacuation orders. All other weather related cancellations are non-refundable, however you can purchase trip/travel insurance to protect your investment.

 

Can I book on behalf of a family member, friend and/or co-worker?
Unfortunately, no. The person booking the condo must be staying at the property.

Anything else I should know before booking?
Our HOA requires an occupancy registration form and ID's for everyone 18+ to be submitted (via email) prior to check-in. It's a short and simple document that ensure's all residents and guest are safe during their stay. I will email the form over after booking.
